I made some seriously good Chili tonight and I’ll post the recipe for you should you want it:
Ingredients:
1 lbs Ground Turkey Meat
1 lbs Sausage (either ground or cut out of sausage links)
1/2 lbs Pulled Pork (optional)
1 medium Onion
1/2 cup chopped Green Onions
3 cloves of Garlic
3 cans of Diced Tomatoes
1 can Tomato Paste
1 can Kidney Beans
1 can Pinto Beans
2 Tablespoons Worchestire Sauce
3 Tablespoons Chili Powder
2 Teaspoons Ground Cumun
1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 cup packed Brown Sugar
1 cup hot water
1 Beef Bouillon Cube
Salt & Pepper for tastingDirections:
Brown Turkey Meat and Sausage in frying pan and transfer to Slow-Cooker when finished. Do not transfer the juices and left over oils from the frying pan.
Saute the Onion, Garlic and Green Onions in frying pan until Onions are translucent. Transfer to Slow-Cooker (all contents of the pan).
Mix together Hot Water, Beef Bouillon Cube, Tomato Paste, Worchestire Sauce, and all the additional seasonings in a small bowl.
Add mixture to the Slow-Cooker along with the Diced Tomatoes and Beans (washed and drained).
Mix together thoroughly.
Cook for 6 hours on High.

I added the left over Pulled Pork from two nights ago to this as well and it was wonderful!
When we served it we had cheese, some more chopped onions and green onions, tomatoes, and sour cream.
I have to say it was great! It looks yummy and tastes even better.
