“The kid next door got a BB gun and last month shot a hole through my living room window.  When I talked to his parents about it, they said they wouldn’t pay for the glass. I replaced the pane at my own expense, but the next week it happened again, twice, this time hitting my cat. So I went over and killed the kid and his family and burned down their house.”
