I decided to get out the Mixer I got for Christmas and make Cupcakes for Kaylee because she was asking for them. So far with the mixer I’ve made Angel Food Cake and French Bread. So now it’s cupcake time. I made a basic yellow cake recipe and just put that into cupcake cups. I think I accidently put too much into the cups but hey that doesn’t matter. Just more to eat!

So here is a picture of them out of the oven and cooling:
