Today’s Lesson on Mickey Mouse Clubhouse…
I’ve seen this episode like forty times and each time I think the same thing, “What were they thinking when they wrote this.”
The episode starts out with Donald trading BooBoo Chicken for magic beans. As you can tell this is a twist on Jack & The Bean Stock. The gang then sets out to “steal” BooBoo Chicken back. The stealing part is what I find most hilarious. I mean yeah it’s just a story but is that something we should be teaching our kids?
The show basically teaches that if you don’t like what you got in return it’s okay to go back and steal back what you liked in the first place. Of course at the end they give the Giant a teddy bear in return but it would have been better to give it to him and ask him for BooBoo Chicken back.

Right now she loves to eat, sleep, and make faces. She's healthy and shows no signs of having Hyperinsulinism.
Aunti Patti is an occasional contributor on this blog. She works at "the Bank" and her family consists of her dog, cat, and fish.
She loves visiting with her nieces, plays softball, and is an insane NASCAR fan.
