Train Collision, Chatsworth – CA

Today a Metrolink Train collided with a Freight train on it’s way into Simi Valley, in the Chatsworth area.

We’re watching live. I’ve seen three people pulled out so far that are dead. How do I know? Well when they pull them out if you’re dead you are pulled out and not put on a gurney but rather left strapped to the ladder and lowered to the ground and a sheet put over them. The first one that happened, the camera man didn’t realize it. The second time he pulled out so it couldn’t be seen as well.

You can see blood on the cars. It looks like the first car split and then plowed into itself. It’s just insane I tell you. ETA: Now they’re reporting that it’s two cars that were crushed into each other. I knew I wasn’t crazy because I can tell it’s two cars.

Oh look another dead one has been pulled out.

It was a blind corner as well. So who knows it might have been a full speed collision at that.

The train was carrying about 350 people. They say the operators of the freight train are dead. You can see by the shot that there are three to four white sheet covered people so that’s 5 to 6 dead so far.

There’s another serious injury. =-(

Well it’s so darn confusing isn’t it. Either the Metrolink train rammed the Freight train or the Freight Train rammed the Metrolink. Who cares they collided.
